School of Medicine and Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences: Saturday, May 18 3pm Rudder Auditorium

School of Engineering Medicine: Saturday, May 18 9am Westin Medical Center Ballroom

College of Pharmacy:

All School of Medicine orders must be received before April 1 to avoid a $25 late fee and individual shipping costs. All student rental gowns, hoods and tams must be returned immediately after your ceremony using the prepaid FedEx label and box you received your regalia in. Use this box and affix the prepaid FedEx label to return your rented regalia within 5 business days after your scheduled ceremony. A $15 replacement fee applies to lost labels. Your regalia will be scanned once received in our warehouse and any item not returned will be charged accordingly to you at the listed rates on our website. If you rented a tam you must return the velcro attached tassel. Do not keep the tassel! An insert will be included with your regalia and label to remind you of all this. FACULTY AND STAFF ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED, DISTRIBUTED & COLLECTED AT RUDDER AUDITORIUM ON MAY 18.

All regalia will be delivered at the commencement site pressed and ready to wear. All rented regalia will be collected immediately after the ceremony back where you received it. All rental tams must be returned with the tassels attached - do not keep the tassel!

*During checkout, you will fill in "ship to" information. You must provide a physical address for FedEx delivery of your regalia. Gowns will arrive pressed, on a hanger and in a protective plastic garment bag. Please hang it up once received to keep it presentable for your ceremony.

For "Date order needed" - please specify May 1 at checkout. This is an arbitrary date. You will not receive your regalia prior to this date. Expect home delivery of your regalia via FedEx approximately one week prior to your ceremony - no exceptions!

The "FREESHIP" promotion is not available on these orders. Any combined orders must include all names of graduates with their corresponding sizes in the comments section of the checkout so that all regalia can be properly labeled and all students accounted for. Order by March 31 to avoid a $25 late fee THAT WILL BE ADDED TO the individual shipping costs.
