Nearly all Master's degree candidates are required to wear a black cap & gown with long flowing arm tails and a tassel of a color signifying the field of study. Our Master rental outfit comes complete with easy to size gowns, one-size caps and a degree colored tassel with gold year date and charm. Master degree candidates are required to wear an academic hood. The type of degree governs the color of the velvet on the hood. Your College or University colors are featured on the inside satin lining of the hood. Student keeps souvenir cap and degree colored tassel. UTMB pays for gown & hood rental.
